Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

I’m having trouble logging into the website. I've forgotten my website login and/or password. What should I do?

Send an email for assistance.

How can I contact IAIP’s main office?

Corporate Centre is the name of IAIP’s International headquarters. You can reach them by email, telephone, or by US Mail. Click the ABOUT US tab at the top of the website, then select STAFF. Here you will find the mailing address, telephone, and an email link to Corporate Centre, as well as contact information for each of the IAIP staff members.

How can I renew my IAIP membership online?

Log into the IAIP website. Click the MY PROFILE link at the top of the page. From your member profile, click the Membership Info link on the right side of the page. There, you will be presented with a link to renew online if your membership status is within the renewal time period.

I received an email saying I had a new message. How can I retrieve it?

Log into the IAIP website. Click on the MY PROFILE link at the top of the page. On your profile is a link to MESSAGES. Click on it to access your message box.

I am not receiving blast emails that are sent by other members or by IAIP. In fact, I’m not hearing from anybody lately. Why?

Your email address in your IAIP profile is likely not correct or is no longer current. We are receiving a lot of ‘bounce back’ emails due to incorrect or obsolete email address in members’ profiles. To update your contact information, so that you continue to receive IAIP communications, log into the IAIP website. Click the MY PROFILE link. On the right side of the screen is an option to Manage Profile. Here you will have many options, including the opportunity to EDIT BIO, where your contact information is stored.

I’m receiving too many emails at the office regarding IAIP matters. How can I reduce the number of emails I receive at work?

Consider using a personal/home email address in your Member Profile on the IAIP website. This way, all of your IAIP communications, such as iConnect notifications, the Connections e-Newsletter, and blast emails will go to your home email instead of the office.

How can I send a ‘blast’ email to a group of members?

You can send a ‘blast’ email to any GROUP to which you belong. Log into the website. From your profile page, click GROUPS. Select your local, council, or regional group. Click OPTIONS, then select Email All Group Members or Message All Group Members. For detailed instructions click HERE.

Where can I access back issues of Today’s Insurance Professional, the IAIP magazine? And how can I submit news to include in Today’s Insurance Professional?
