IAIP is recognized for developing leadership skills that members utilize to excel in their professional careers. In today’s workspace, the need for stronger work ethic, effective negotiation skills, refined communication, strategic planning, emotional intelligence, and other personal attributes that make up soft skills are critical for career success.
