Convention Volunteer Roles and Responsibilities
Share |

As a volunteer, you can gain valuable networking opportunities and experience the workings of the convention through your involvement at the annual convention. PLEASE NOTE that committee assignments require attendance at a committee meeting onsite at the convention and dedicated time to perform the duties.

The International President or committee chairperson assigns all committee volunteer members—you will receive an email notification in May with your committee assignment and further instruction.

Registration - Distribute attendee packets and ribbons. Distribute exhibitor packets

CWC - Facilitate the speak-off and assist with the prep meeting onsite.

Timekeepers - Assist with managing the time during the CWC speak-off and business meetings.

Minutes Approval - Assist International Secretary in review and approval of convention minutes.
