Course Description: The service recovery paradox occurs when a customer is more satisfied with a company after it has fixed a problem than if the problem never happened. It is critical to resolve all client complaints in a way that exceeds the customer’s expectation. In this course you will learn how to foster an invaluable client experience. (4 hours)
