Subject: Bridging the Gap

Greeting fellow YNP's!

I am working on a project to bridge the gap between YNP's and Seasoned Members with Jennifer Weiterman and a few other YNPTF members. To kick the brain storming off I would like to get some feedback on some of the following questions.

Do you feel like there is a gap between YNP's and Seasoned members in you local association?
If you answered no how do you bridge the gap?
If you answered yes what do you think can be done to bridge the gap?
Do you feel there is a gap on any other level within IAIP?(council, region, ect)

Please let me know your thought and ideas.

Subject: tender subject I know in our group some feel that there is a gap, but it is a tender subject to post about. Even if you send Amanda more private message, please give your thoughts. This is a vital subject, both to retain members and attract new ones. -Danielle
