Go All In Incentive Program

The goal of the IAIP incentive program is to encourage local associations and individual members to assist in the GO ALL IN campaign membership recruitment efforts. Any current member will receive recruitment credit for a new member who joins between March 15, 2015 (or actual launch date of the program) and December 31, 2015. This opportunity is open to all active IAIP members.

Corporate Centre has created all the resources you need to successfully implement the campaign at the local level – but the campaign’s success relies upon the use of these resources and tools. Without your participation, the campaign will not have the momentum it needs to carry our message to the target audience. Every member is an ambassador for IAIP. Who better to share our campaign message than a member who knows best the benefits of belonging?

Personal referrals have historically been the most successful and the most economical method of member recruitment. Share the campaign messaging with our target audience among your co-workers and peers. But don’t limit your outreach to only your existing co-workers and peers. Distribute campaign collateral to appropriate companies and groups within your entire local community.

You may be asking “What’s In It For Me?” There are prizes for the individual and the local associations that contribute to this recruitment effort!

Prizes

Individual Winner 
The individual to have recruited the greatest number of new members can choose between the two following prize options:

  • One year complimentary international membership* for the next renewal period, or
  • Complimentary registration to the 2016 Convention

 

Local Association Winners

Two local associations will be awarded based on the greatest number of new members who join within their associations. The local associations will be divided into two categories and one winner will be selected from each category. 

The two categories are:

  • Associations with 20 or more members
  • Associations with less than 20 members

IAIP will provide an educational course of the local association’s choice from CLP, Career Development or I CAN! A Step Above.

IAIP will cover the travel costs and one night of hotel for an approved certified instructor to present the session. 

Downloadable course materials will be offered to the meeting attendees at no cost.

Local association is responsible for securing a venue/meeting location to host including any required AV and F&B.

Educational session to be held prior to June 30, 2016.


Rules for the Program:
1. This opportunity is open to all active IAIP members.
2. Referral credits will only be granted if the current member’s information is provided at the time of application.
3. IAIP reserves the right to change the dates of this program.
4. A new member will be officially credited to the recruiter when new membership* has become active with payment received in full.
5. To receive referral credit, the current member’s name or ID number must appear in the "Referred By" section of the online or paper application at time of new membership is processed.
6. If a new member calls IAIP Corporate Centre to become new member, they must mention the member that recruited them at that time.
7. For every new member processed, the recruiter will receive one point in the overall competition.
8. There is no limit to the number of members you can recruit.
9. New student memberships are not eligible for this program.
10. IAIP has the right to rescind referral credits if the new member cancels his/her membership within the first six months.
